Mourning
When we hear
Of a life of a young lad
Who lived as such a great testimony
Scripture
says that
The
life of the testator
Has
to die for his testament
To
come into power
And
just like Jesus who gave it all
This
young lad's testament has already
Affected
mine
I
cannot be the same
All
my efforts to pursue the LORD
Is
as nothing when I hear
What
a beautiful and grateful life
This
lad led and what a tragic death
At
the prime of his life
For
sure now in heaven
But
we agree I'm sure
We
will make the enemy pay
His
testimony his life we turn it around
We
sow it we offer it instead
and
on this altar of sacrifice
What
the enemy stole
We
will not allow him to take
But
instead make the enemy pay
And
demand that on his account
That
there would be a great harvest of souls
His
life lived
Be
forever memorialized
And
never forgotten
In
the hearts of all who hear
And
we claim nations in return
That
what the enemy meant to mock Jesus with
For
this lad's heart was to share Jesus for the nations
That there be a return on his life to claim our cities and nations
Here in Tulsa, USA And back in his home country
In
Accra, Ghana and even all the continent Africa
Never
the same again
Never the same again
We put the evil kingdom on notice
that it is impossible to outdo God
Such
an uproar in the spirit
Such
violence that the enemy inflicted
I do not detail so as not to publish the work of the enemy
Such
horror such life snatched
That
it would cause the youth and old alike
To breakout and breakforth as never before
his life was a highly valued treasure to this generation
he was well equipped to spread the good news
and the enemy knew he would cause damage to his evil kingdom
but the enemy will regret this day
for we demand an exponential return
of Life of abundant life the heavenly life
Wherever his testimony is preached far and wide
so that it will be too bright for his evil kingdom to manifest
and he will forever regret this day instead
This
young lad whose name is Eugene Quaynor
Was
the captain of the soccer team at ORU
A
great student with a 3.77 GPA
Known
for his beautiful smile and encouraging words
And
whose soccer coach said
That
every time he came in to meet with him
Many
dozens of times
He
would always leave with tears in his eyes
And
when one day the coach asked
Why
is this so
This
young lad from Accra, Ghana
Said
that how much he appreciated
HIs
investment of getting to be edified
Just
these conversations warmed his soul so much
And
this lad, coach says was the most
Humble
person he had known
that
one day Eugene even received the Holy Ghost
While
in one of these meetings
And
when he asked what do I do next
The
coach suggested
pray
for an hour in the Spirit every day for a month
to
which Eugene came back
And
said Done now what is next
Coach
said well read the New Testament many times
To
which Eugene a month later said Done and what next
To
which coach suggested
Get
a prayer journal - to which again Eugene said Done
And
when coach looked at the journal
There was nothing of self
It
was filled with prayers for those he knew here
And
for his family back home
Whom
he would take on extra jobs as a student
To
send money back home
This
loss must be devastating
To
his family and to all who knew him
But
we know that we do not mourn
Like
those who have no hope
For
anyone who has gone and come back
Never
wants to come back
For
heaven is so beautiful
Jesus
shows us how to get victory over the enemy
To fight the good fight
And
he would have us enforce that his life would not be in vain
But
that his testimony be multiplied for countless to receive Jesus
Just
like Jesus went about multiplying the bread and the fish
When
the multitudes were hungry and then instructed that
Nothing
go to waste and to collect the leftovers
We
are to be sober minded as we reflect on the value of life
And
the life the love the hope is all thanks to Jesus
Who came to destroy the last enemy which is death itself (Hebrews 2:14)
I know for one, his testimony will not be forgotten
There
is a GoFundMe page to help his family back home and to spread his testimony:
