For the LORD is the same LORD on the Throne yesterday today and forever

and the LORD's enemies are also the same 

Ephesians 6:12 tells us

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Life is Spiritual

I pray today as we open this podcast

that LORD you would open the eyes of our understanding

that the fruit of joy of the Holy Spirit would abound in us

and we would shine forth

terrorizing the terrorist with laughter and joy

that is our inheritance to hold fast to

we pray too that someone today would enter the joy 

of a life of prayer and put on the helmet of salvation

for without our minds protected 

we would only be headless warriors easily swayed

by operations and manipulations

of a heart that is seated solely on emotions

So too we command all headless warriors to put on their helmets today

and let us be the saints like those of the city of Berea

be of nobility with readiness of mind 

searching the scriptures, seeking the Truth of a matter 

and let instead in our place let every enemy of God

be decapitated be cut of from our midst and be silenced

Amen

Let's read Acts 17

to understand this helmet of salvation

If you want to be a believer

salvation depends on having your helmet on

that means having a mind that is able 

to discern good and evil directly from the scriptures

note in contrast the behavior of the non-believing Jews

and how easily they can be manipulated 

to move as a mob by envy, hate, anger, ignorance

based on scraps of information given to them by others

and while idolatry was tolerated before

it too will be judged because He is to be worshipped

as the giver of life and breath and all things

Acts 17

Now when Paul came to Thessalonica 

he reasoned with them out of the scriptures (scrolls)

Opening and alleging that Christ must needs have suffered

and risen again from the dead and that this Christ 

written about in the Old Testament is Jesus.

And some of them (Jews) believed

and devout Greeks a great multitude believed

 

But the Jews that believed not 

were moved with envy, 

they took unto them certain lewd fellows

of the baser sort and gathered a company (mob)

and set all the city in an uproar

crying these fellows Paul and Silas and Timotheus

have turned the world upside down 

(note to an enemy Truth is upside down - needs be censored)

saying there was another King, one Jesus

who do contrary to the decrees of Caesar

And they troubled the people

and the rulers of the city

so Paul and Silas escaped to Berea

These were more noble than Thessalonica

in that they received the word

with readiness of mind

and searched the scriptures daily

whether those things were so

Therefore many of them believed

But that the Jews from Thessalonica

had knowledge that the word of God

was preached of Paul at Berea

they came thither also

and stirred up the people

And so again Paul left this time

for the city of Athens

he saw the city wholly given to idolatry

and reasoned there with them too 

saying He who is LORD of heaven and earth

He giveth to all life and breath and all things

and hath made all men of one blood

yet appointed continents and separate languages

that men would seek Him and find Him

though He be not far from every one of us

for as much as we are the offspring of God

we ought not to think that the Godhead

be like unto gold, or silver , or stone,

graven by art and man's device

(God if he be our father and we His children is not  a statue)

And the times of this ignorance

God tolerated but now commandeth

all men every where to repent

because He hath appointed a day

that Jesus who resurrected from the dead

will also judge the world in righteousness

So Scripture builds foundations

and provides proof of how Jesus

was that long awaited Messiah 

based on over 300 prophecies

this is what Paul would expound on

when he would go to the synagogues to preach

and these disciples became like trees planted

by the rivers of water not easily moved 

by the latest wave of doctrine

nor like the chaff which the wind driveth away

However it is also true

where even a 5 year old child can understand 

and will know to come to the altar 

to receive Jesus as their Messiah their Savior

for forgiveness of sins and have a new-birth 

experience in the Spirit

So children are sensitive to the realm of the Spirit

and if we were to become like children this way

we would understand this that life is spiritual

this alone will give you the advantage

to operate confidently 

knowing that you have the keys 

to overturn every plot of the enemy

and the higher you go know that every leader

on the national stage or business side would never go to war

or go to make a business transaction 

without first getting in covenant

if not with God King of Kings hopefully

 then with other small lettter gods.

Kings in scripture would always seek God first to see 

whether they should go to war and if so whether they would prevail

and an altar where sacrifices were offered

would be given.

Your covenant with God is the most important

asset you have and is why the enemy fights so hard

against the church so that most never realize

or utilize what they have otherwise we would

by now be operating all the businesses, 

have all the innovative ideas and be the landlords.  

We would be owning the earth instead of the wicked.

That too needs to be overturned now.

There are many mysteries and keys in God's science, God's ways.

Note - The Devil said to Jesus all these Kingdoms of the world 

I will give unto you if you will fall down and worship me.

Why is the Devil so hung up on having us bow to his demands

that run contrary to God's.  Easy.  The Devil everything 

he promises is empty - he will allow you to succeed

but it will come at a high cost for your children and 

one day he will just take it all away from you

that money that reputation that job gone.

So that is why the enemy is intent to rig the world system

so that it controls who has jobs etc. and prevent losing his.

That is until the church wakes up and realizes 

that the only altar christians need to bow to is the LORD.

And once we have the mindset of no fear because 

the LORD is with me then you will start your journey 

and get back what the enemy stole from you.

Understand that an altar that is powerful 

is an altar where there has been sacrifice.

When God shows up His presence at a worship service

You will never leave the same.  Jesus paid a hefty toll 

He gave it all on that cross for us that is a worthy sacrifice.

If you go to a shrine or temple of other gods

I've heard it said that even if you run by quickly

in the spirit realm it makes no difference

you had better apply the blood of Jesus to yourself

and operate in the protection of Psalm 91.

it is impossible to get close to an altar of sacrifice

and not see something shift

A lady who is barren can lay on a holy altar

at church where the presence of God is welcomed

and I've heard the testimony of her now bearing children.

that is why we too want to become altars of prayer

of sacrifices of praises of dance of the Word of God 

being hidden in our hearts and we will be known

by the heathen as one of those who has authority 

and radiates His Presence His Love.

Amen  

Now Let ever unrelenting bombardment of the enemy

to attack to undermine to break the spirit of His people

be grounded now.  You will not play into the hands

of the enemy to be use as a trusted weapon for him to 

deploy.  But you will set your eyes like flint on the LORD

our God know that if we faint not in time we will inherit 

the promises of God in our lives.
